Gods of Egypt Movie Review and Thoughts

Mortal hero Bek teams with the god Horus in an alliance against Set, the merciless god of darkness, who has usurped Egypt's throne, plunging the once peaceful and prosperous empire into chaos and conflict. from imdb.com
If no one has noticed I really like Gerard Butler movies , he was my favorite phantom from the phantom of the opera . Apart from the other real Broadway actor, anyways I was so pumped to see him again after the longest time. Doing animated and things I had no clue about, anyways before I just sit here and gush about Gerard Butler. Lets get to the movie, set in the time of Egypt, this follows 3 main characters Bek , a mortal Horus which most people know is the god of the sky back in Egyptian times. And the lord of the underworld named Set. Honestly I love watching these kinds of movies because it isn't the normal usual movie. It was fun to see an unusual take on the myths and mysteries of Egypt.  In a world where the god decided to live among the humans. It was wonderful to see which ones were there. I loved the goddess of love there is a scene that she owns and I love it. Made me cheer, none the less like I say I dont like revealing too much. I dont like to spoil the movie for others. Either way rated PG-13 and out in theaters now!
(I bought and paid for the movie tickets myself the review is my own)
