Priceless: Inspired by True Stories. Review

Priceless , was a book co authored by The brothers of the duo For King and Country and Nancy Rue. This book was inspired by True Stories, that have happened. I recently tuned in to a live stream of the books launch party. Where they gave more clarification as to how it came about , and now the movie was made. 
Priceless  reads as ,

This book is a wonderful , it brings life and light to the dark world of human trafficking. That is where the stories come from . When asked , how the book and movie came about  one of the brothers Joel , responded with a story , they were shown a documentary about human trafficking . There was a certain story from an anonymous , rescuer who was a former pimp . His face and name hidden , told about his operation to get these girls out of this life. And back to what they should be doing which is normal life. Going to school , having a normal job , worrying about normal things. Which in turn sometimes with them they dont know .  These girls are sometimes kidnapped , sold , or gone willingly and often tricked into slavery . They are told if they do not comply , they will often hurt or kill family. Joel , went on to talk about bringing not only light to human trafficking , but to the main theme of the book and priceless the movement. 

Priceless the movement , was the first thing that came about before the movie and the book were ever thought about. All too often , now in this world women are not being treated as fairly or treated respectfully as they should be. Media , and Often the world itself makes us feel as if we are worthless if we dont fit a certain type or range. Or sometimes our Past defines us which it shouldn't , so in most words , we feel as if our past makes us cheap we arent worth the real value that we truly have. Though you dont need to wear the necklace that shows you are apart of the movement or wear the bracelet. You still can be apart of the movement , As told to me the movement signifies , a reminder to men and women that ladies are priceless and deserve to be treated with honor and respect . As for ladies , for them to know that they are not worthless , they should be treasured and no matter what has happened they still are something to be respected and loved and cherished. Let me get to my review , after giving you all that information! this book is wonderful. The characters have so much definition and life. You began to read and hope for everything to come through. It brings life to a world that many would not feel the need to talk about since it is such a dark subject. Which is human trafficking, and those who do not feel comfortable reading about such issue. This book is not for you , but I would recommend reading it though. This is something that needs to stop , here and across the globe.
