I have another Website spotlight dont worry! I haven't forgotten about my reviews! None the less I was asked by another wonderful company to highlight their Website. Tenantify.com  is a website that Landlord's can use. They can give the new prospective "tenant" the information to the website and then "tenant" fills out the paperwork. To Verify and make sure their Tenants are Good, Tenantify, does employment verification , and income verification to make sure that your tenants will make their monthly payments. It is so much simpler than , calling everything on a tenants application and making sure they are telling the truth. Seems clean cut and informational, 
 As you can see you input the information , of every tenant , then you can request both , or one option to verify. Simple and easy no fuss no muss, the website is easy to navigate  But lets hear it from the sites creators First.

"Our Mission

We empower landlord to make informed decisions by verifying tenant's employment and income.
We help landlord verify tenant's income via electronic bank statement and verify tenant employment directly with employer. It is a free service for landlord. We save landlord hassle, prevent fraud risk, and make renting worry-free. For tenant, we enhance your chance of application success. Our goal is to reduce friction in the housing market and build trust between landlord and tenant.

Birth of Tenantify

The idea for Tenantify came when Songhua, our co-founder, found himself being a first-time landlord. He quickly realized that the tenant screening process stayed behind with the 20th century. For example, the most common practice in tenant screening is credit report. However, landlords often do not realize that a typical credit report from three major credit bureaus (TransUnion, Experian and Equifax) only indicates a tenant's long-term creditworthiness in the past 7 years. It says little about tenant's current employment status or his/her ability to pay rent. Some alert landlords request paper bank statements and pay slips to verify income, only to find that they need to watch out for fraudulent statements. Little do they know that many websites offer bank statement templates for free.
Thus the idea of Tenantify is born. Our co-founders bring years of experiences in financial innovation, fraud prevention, and business operations to the business, and Tenantify's mission cannot be more fitting to our experience and passion.

How We Verify Income

Simply put, we want to deliver an authenticated bank statement from tenant to landlord conveniently, securely and without fraud risk. At the same time, we have also decided not to touch anyone's sensitive personal information (especially tenant's bank account login credentials). After some carful explorations, we have decided to use a secured bank account API by partnering with DecisionLogic. DecisionLogic has all the convenience and security that we look for. Mostly importantly, its service module passes along bank account login credentials with a secure encryption technology and only returns us with the bank statement result. This way, Tenantify never needs to save bank account login credentials.

How We Verify Employment

We will first ask tenant for employment details (title, employer name, address, phone number). Rather than taking the info at face value, we verify the info with trusted third-party sources (Yellow Page, Yelp, BBB, etc). We will then directly talk to employer via a verified phone number to get positive or negative confirmation. We then deliver the verification outcome and call note back to landlord.

The service is always free to the landlord the tenant pays when the verification service is complete. Either way I believe this would be a much simpler way to definitely get your verification done.

Daddy's Home 2 Movie Review

As always I took my movie buddy with me so we could watch this movie since we had both watched the first movie together. Now not to ruin the movie for you. But its almost the same storyline but you are now throwing in the grandpa's of the family. And a few other guests that come into play. Although I really dont want to be the bearer of bad news. And I do have to say the movie was really funny. It was the same old story with almost the same jokes. Funny but kinda old , I dont see this movie going any farther than two movies at the same time I am surprised because movies I thought would not make it past the first two do make it to almost four or five movies. I wanted to do one more product spotlight, This one is for the kids and looks like fun! At the moment , I am only sharing information, but there is a giveaway on the books hopefully for the summer and I hope you all join me for that!
